DLZ Wiley
Year of construction: 2019 8,808 m²
Located in the emerging Edisonallee within Neu-Ulm’s vibrant Wiley innovation district, this service center stands as an architectural statement for the modern working world. The building serves as a distinctive anchor point in an environment defined by the seamless symbiosis of living spaces, professional hubs, and expansive parklands.
The design is characterized by a clear, cubist formal language that radiates both authority and permanence. The facade composition focuses on an engaging dialogue between transparency and structure.
The project integrates harmoniously into the “green axis” of the Wiley Park. Special emphasis was placed on energy-efficient construction and a sustainable climate concept, meeting the rigorous demands of a future-oriented commercial hub.
Project completed while at Scherr und Klimke AG.
