For a cooperative financial institution, a new administrative hub was created to consolidate internal departments in one location, significantly improving workflows, communication, and collaboration. The new building provides around 1,300 square meters of usable floor area across three levels and offers modern work environments as well as clearly organized visitor and service areas, including safe deposit boxes, advisory spaces for business clients, and high quality meeting rooms.
Architecturally, the design forms a coherent ensemble integrating well into the urban context. The energy concept combines district heating, a photovoltaic system, and integrated building services across adjacent buildings, including efficient groundwater based cooling.
