Fire Station Germany
Project year: 2025 3,880 m²
This fire station design is defined by its distinctive brick facade and a highly efficient functional layout tailored to the demanding operational requirements of modern emergency services. The strategic site concept ensures a strict separation of visitor traffic, emergency staff parking, and vehicle deployment routes to guarantee maximum response speed without logistical interference during alarms. The ground floor provides a central nine-bay vehicle hall, specialized changing areas with dedicated clean/dirty separation, and a command center positioned for optimal oversight of the entire station yard. A monolithic concrete portal frames the primary entrance, creating a sharp contemporary contrast against the warm, textured brickwork of the main volume. Ecological sustainability is prioritized through an extensive green roof system combined with a large-scale photovoltaic array integrated into the building’s footprint to promote energy autonomy and environmental responsibility.
