Café Monbijou

The Café Monbijou is located in Berlin-Mitte, within the grounds of Monbijou Park. It sits directly across the River Spree from the Bode Museum. The building stretches along the riverbank and is intersected by the main circulation path of the riverside promenade, Am Zwirngraben.
Extroverted spaces, such as the café, the areas for coffee ceremonies, and the bar, are oriented toward open views of Museum Island. In contrast, more introverted spaces, like the theater and gallery, are inwardly focused and arranged in a self-contained manner.
